Chandresh Rawka is an individual AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor and SIF Distributor (ARN-21846). Transactions are executed through BSE STAR MF, a platform of the Stock Exchange, and through official AMC and RTA channels. Chandresh Rawka is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Any information on this website is general in nature and is provided as incidental to distribution. Chandresh Rawka also acts as an agent for life, health and general insurance under separate IRDAI-governed agency registrations; insurance services are independent of mutual fund distribution.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, completing KYC, reading all scheme-related documents before investing, keeping your contact and bank details updated, maintaining the confidentiality of your platform login credentials, reporting any unauthorised transaction immediately, and informing the Distributor of any change in your personal details, financial circumstances or risk appetite.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
Mutual fund, SIF and securities market investments are subject to market risks. No return or capital protection is guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
5. Commission
The Distributor receives trail commission from AMCs for distribution of Regular Plan mutual fund and SIF schemes. This commission is part of the scheme's Base Expense Ratio (BER) and is not charged separately to the investor. Details are published on the Commission Disclosure page of this website.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is handled as per the Privacy Policy published on this website and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data is not sold or shared with any third party for marketing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, the logo and design elements on this website are the property of Chandresh Rawka. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
