1. Privacy Commitment

Chandresh Rawka (ARN-21846), AMFI Registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor, is committed to maintaining the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information collected from investors and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared and protected in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated 20-Mar-2026 and the AMFI Master Circular for MFDs dated 14-Jan-2026. For the purposes of the DPDPA, the Distributor acts as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected.

2. Scope and Consent

This policy applies to all individuals interacting with the Distributor through this website and during onboarding, KYC verification, risk profiling and transaction processing. It extends to any service provider authorised to process data on the Distributor's behalf. Notice is given and consent is obtained at the point of collection. By engaging the Distributor or using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to c.rawka@gmail.com; withdrawal may affect the ability to continue providing services and does not affect processing already carried out or retention required by law.

3. Information Collected

Personal details collected include name, address, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (for KYC), contact details, bank account information, nomination details and investment preferences. Financial details include income range, existing investments, risk profile responses, investment horizon, goals and transaction history. KYC documents include PAN copy, address proof, photograph, bank proof and FATCA/CRS self-declaration. Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information and cookies is collected when you visit this website. No data unrelated to distribution and regulatory compliance, such as religion, caste or political affiliation, is collected.

4. Purpose of Collection

Data is used strictly for processing mutual fund and SIF transactions, completing KYC and meeting SEBI, AMFI and PMLA obligations, conducting risk profiling and suitability assessment, sending transaction confirmations and service communications, responding to queries and complaints, and meeting regulatory reporting requirements. Data is not used for any other purpose.

5. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with AMCs and RTAs (CAMS, KFintech) for processing transactions, with SEBI or AMFI on official request, with AMC or AMFI appointed auditors during due diligence, with KYC Registration Agencies and CKYC for verification, and with BSE STAR MF as the transaction platform. Data is shared with any other party only with the investor's explicit written consent obtained in advance. Data is never sold, rented or shared with any marketing agency, advertising platform or unrelated third party. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not undertaken except as permitted under the DPDPA and rules notified thereunder.

6. Storage and Security

Digital records are stored with access control and password protection on devices used solely for the distribution business, protected by licensed antivirus software and regular updates. Physical documents are kept in locked storage at the registered office with restricted access. No client data is stored on unsecured personal devices or shared drives.

7. Retention and Disposal

Records are retained for the periods prescribed under SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, the PML Rules, 2005 (minimum 5 years after the end of the relationship or from the transaction date) and the Income Tax Act, 1961. After the mandatory retention period, physical records are securely shredded and digital records are permanently deleted from all storage including backups.

8. Your Rights under DPDPA 2023

You have the right to access your personal data held by the Distributor, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, to request erasure subject to regulatory retention, to withdraw consent at any time, to nominate a person to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your data rights have been violated.
