Your Rights as an Investor

Right to complete and accurate information about schemes (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing.
Right to disclosure of all commission received by the Distributor.
Right to receive transaction confirmations and Consolidated Account Statements from RTAs.
Right to risk profiling before any recommendation and to receive only suitable suggestions.
Right to a written Unsuitability Communication if investing beyond your risk profile.
Right to lodge complaints with the GRO, the AMC, SEBI SCORES or SMART ODR.
Right to privacy and data protection under DPDPA 2023, including access and correction of your data.
Right to choose or switch any distributor, or to invest through Direct Plans, at any time.

Provide accurate personal, financial and KYC information.
Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
Complete risk profiling honestly, reflecting your true financial situation.
Inform the Distributor promptly of any change in personal details, financial circumstances or risk appetite.
Understand that all investments are subject to market risks.
Retain copies of transaction documents and correspondence.
Report any unauthorised transaction immediately.

Act in your interest and comply with SEBI/AMFI regulations and the AMFI Code of Conduct.
Provide transparent and complete information about schemes and risks.
Disclose commission and maintain a documented disclosure process.
Conduct risk profiling and ensure suitability of every recommendation.
Process transactions promptly through authorised platforms.
Maintain confidentiality of your information as per the Privacy Policy and DPDPA 2023.
Operate the grievance mechanism within the published timelines.
Never make misleading statements or guarantee returns.
