Every investor complaint is addressed promptly, fairly and transparently in accordance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines. Complaints are accepted through any mode of communication — email, WhatsApp, phone, letter or in person at the office.
How to Lodge a Complaint

Complaint Handling Process

| Step 1 | Receipt & Logging | Complaint entered in the Complaint Register with a reference number on the day of receipt. |
| Step 2 | Acknowledgement | Written acknowledgement within 2 working days with the reference number. |
| Step 3 | Resolution | Written reply within 7 working days. If more time is needed, the investor is informed with a revised timeline. |
| Step 4 | Closure | Closed only on investor confirmation; closure date recorded in the Register. |
